Any company/individual in the business of real estate consultancy (real estate broker/real estate agent) can join APRA as a member.
The company/individual should be a income tax and service tax asessee. In case of a new firm, the company/individual should furnish the Pan Card number and the service tax registration number.
In order to enroll for APRA membership, one can fill in the online membership form, attach the picture of the applicant and send us a mail about you and your company to info@apraindia.com for the executive committee's approval. We will revert back within one week after reciving your application form.
