A 2 day training programme with international certification for Real Estate Consultants, Bankers, CA's, Professional Valuers was conducted on 2nd and 3rd of August 2009. This was conducted by APRA in Hyderabad in association with USAID, IRPF and NAR-India at Taj Deccan Hyderabad.

The training was conducted by Mr. Gheorghe Badescu who is a international real estate valuation specialist from Romania.

116 participants attended the two day course which ended with every participant getting a international certification for attending the same. The participants included realtors, practicing valuers, management students etc.
