APRA celebrated its 2nd anniversary with great pomp and show at Taj Banjara. The evening saw over 300 guests gracing the function. The guest list included top 50 builders of Hyderabad, APRA members and a large number of non-APRA members. The evening was a self sponsored event by APRA. The intention was to bring the builder and realtor community closer through an evening of Networking and also bridge gap between the APRA members and Non-Members.

The speakers for the evening were , Mr.P.S.N.Rao (Chairman Nar-India), Mr.Ravi Varma(President Nar-India), Naresh Malkani (Member Nar-India Board), Mr.D.Sreedhar Reddy (Now Immediate Past President - APRA, Chairman Education Committee,NAR - India) and Shailender Singh (Now Immediate Past Hon.Secretary - APRA, Chairman Internet and Technology Committee, NAR-India).

The speakers spoke about how local associations like APRA in various parts of India are part of a national movement called NAR-India to bring professional realtors under one umbrella to network nationally and internationally. These associations are bringing education to the realtors through various courses conducted by faculty from India and abroad.

Post the celebrations 10 new members joined APRA.
